Booking conditions
Reservations:
Reservations of seminar places are binding on receipt by us of your booking. Prior to the seminar you will receive a booking confirmation and further information on the preparations you will need to make, the timetable and the accommodation options, if required. We have a permanent reservation of a number of rooms in a hotel close to our training establishment.
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be in writing. Up to a week before the event, an administrative fee of € 50.00 will be retained. If notice of less than a week before the seminar is given, there will be a charge of 50% of the seminar fees. The full fee is payable, whatever the cause of cancellation, if a participant fails to turn up or leaves the seminar partway through.
Liability:
You declare on making your booking that you will act responsibly, that you have sufficient insurance and that you release the Druschke GmbH Training and Service department of any liability or claims. Should an event have to be cancelled for compelling reasons (e.g. force majeure), any seminar fees already paid will be reimbursed. No further claims may be made.
